Our tools are ground not only on the working surfaces, but on the attachment and on other parts that give an aesthetically uniformity or represent an important reference during processing, to achieve excellence in parallelism , in the square , in the centering and the straightness of the mold. Precision tolerances of 0.01 mm for a perfect interchangeability of our standard product guarantee repeatability over time of supply. Parma Stamp tools are laser marked with item number, maximum load and length for easy identification of the article and in compliance with the European standards of safety at work . They can be packed in individual boxes for eventual reuse during storage by the customer or according to other specifications .

The Parma stamps is specialized not only in the design and manufacture of special dies for every type of press brake but can provide complete lines of tools for automatic bending centers and paneling machines . All our tools are fully ground and hardened (case hardened, throughhardened, nitrided or induction hardened at 58-60 HRC) with matching tolerance of 0.01 mm. The heat treatment is determined according to the different needs of durability and strength, advising our customers the most technically advanced solution with regard to their budget of investment.

Our engineering department carefully examines the size of the tool, the tensile strength and the maximum load by mean of 3D-drawing software and finite element method. The feasibility study of the die takes into account the existing equipment in the work environment in which it will be placed the tool , or it becomes a useful opportunity to direct the customer to purchase a new machine having certain characteristics in order to manufacture the finished bent . After testing in our workshop , and often after the approval of a bent sheet metal sample, our special tools are sent to the client so that he can begin to use them without further loss of time.

We make or can modify blades and tooling for any kind of panel bending machines: Codatto Trumpf, RAS, Weinbrenner, Schroeder, Fasti, Schechtel, EHT, Jordi and others. We make refreshing of surfaces, sharpening and heat treatments.

Our tool are case hardened, induction hardened or nitrogen hardened, sand blasted and ground, according to the various different technical features of the machine or of the metal sheet. We can advise our customers the best solution for each single need.

Thanks to its large number of already produced tools for different panel folders and bending machines such as WEINBRENNER, RAS, SALVAGNINI, CODATTO and others, Parma Stamp is able to design and make spare parts or complete sets of tools.

We can subtitute complete lines of down-holders, cenrtral part and single pieces or we can sharpen exisitng sets with perfect matching to the original workpiece.
